The residential complex for senior citizens and the disabled Gut Köttenich GmbH was founded in 2000 and specializes in high-quality care and support in the region between Aachen and Cologne. It all started at "Gut Köttenich" in Aldenhoven, a historic, dilapidated former estate of the Cologne cathedral chapter.
The Gut Köttenich Group has grown steadily and now looks after more than 1,000 people. It offers comprehensive services related to housing, living and care. As an expanding, medium-sized group of companies with over 1,000 employees, it currently operates nine inpatient facilities for the elderly, three out-of-hospital respiratory care, one day care and one outpatient care service.
